Monmouth Raft Race
Sunday 5 September 2010
45th Annual Rotary Club of Monmouth Charity Raft Race.

Sail your own raft 6 miles along the lovely river Wye.
This is a great team challenge - can you build a raft that will carry 6 or more crew members down the river Wye?
The start is at Monmouth Rowing Club, (just off the A40 in Monmouth) at noon. Either race, or paddle leisurely down this gorgeous stretch of the river to Tump Farm at Whitebrook.
At the finish field there is entertainment and ample refreshment opportunities.
The crew will need to supply their own life jackets, but details of where they can be obtained, together with hints and tips on raft building may be found on the Raft Race website.
