Carers Groups

As well as supporting patients, the Family Support Team offers  ’Carers Group Meetings’, where carers can meet and obtain information and support.

By sharing ideas and experiences Carers can develop ways to cope with the practical and emotional demands of being a carer.

We can also provide respite care to help carers attend Carers Meetings.
