On-call Service

The on-call service is available out of hours for patients, nursing home and residential home staff and other health care professionals.

Monday to Friday a CNS is on-call from 5pm-9am for telephone advice and for hospice at home requests and redirection if needed.

On weekends and Bank Holidays the on-call service provides bedside assessment between the hours of 9am-5pm and telephone advice from 5pm-9am. This ensures our services are responsive to the needs of the patients.
