Every year, St. David's provides hospice care to over 2,400 people with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
Most people feel most comfortable in their own homes, surrounded by things they know and people they love, so that's where we provide most of our care - in the home.
Over the last 28 years we have cared for tens of thousands of families across Gwent. However, we could never have reached this fantastic milestone without the help of local people who have supported us over the this time.
Each year it costs us over £4.1 million to provide our services.
